Sprouts are packed with vitamins, minerals, and protein, some of them up to twice as much as meat!

Use 'em in sandwiches, salads, juice, bread, hot dishes, raw spreads, even cakes and as snacks on their own.

Fenugreek Sprouts:


- 30%, A vitamin, Iron, Niacin, Calcium. Stimulates digestion.

Alfalfa sprouts:


- 35 % protein, A, B, C, E, K vitamin, Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, Iron, Zinc, Beta Caroten, Chlorophyll.

Mung Bean Sprouts:


- 20% protein, A, C, E vitamin, Iron og Potassium.

Wheat Grass:


- A, B, C, vitamin, chlorophyll, calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, phosphorous, zinc, cobalt.
